We use no cookies. We do not track visits. There is no analytics, no third-party scripts, no ad networks and no tracking pixels. Fonts, images and video are served from our own server. The only thing we receive from you is what you actively send via the form or by email.

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and phone number (required), plus company, subject and message (optional). When you email us directly, we receive what you have written.
We do not log IP addresses, browser fingerprints or visit history. Norwegian law (Electronic Communications Act § 2-7b) and the EU ePrivacy Directive require consent before a website stores information on your device or accesses information already there — typically via cookies, localStorage or similar mechanisms. Since netkem.no neither sets cookies nor uses localStorage or any other client-side storage, and loads no third-party scripts that could do so, there is nothing to consent to. That is why no cookie banner appears here.
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and performance of, or steps prior to entering into, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed to respond to or follow up on the matter. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
